What is the minimum order quantity?

For Coffee: You need to order a minimum of 6kg of roasted coffee. (This requirement is the same for direct shipping orders of coffee but we would keep the 6kg in stock at our roastery ready to pack and ship orders from your website) For tea: From as little as one pack of loose leaf tea (100g) or one pack of Tea bags (15bags)
Can you match my current coffee blend?

Absolutely - Just send us 500g of your current blend (whole beans preferred) we will taste them and then send back a taste match for you to sample. Please give us a call on 0845 355 3388 to arrange your taste match sample creation.
Do you offer direct shipping?

Yes! To help get your online store off the ground, we will offer direct shipping - just give us a call if you want to know more.
Can you help me with my packaging design?

Yes we definitely can! We have our own in-house design team ready to help. We can do everything from creating your brand logo right through to applying your brand to bespoke packing solutions and even supply product images for your website.
Is the design service free?

Yes a basic label design to get you started is completely free. (As long as you buy your coffee from us for a minimum of 3 months.)
